Der Erfolg des Labels konnte dazu beitragen, eine auf Fetische basierende Sexualität inmitten der AIDS-Pandemie zu entdecken und sicher auszuleben. Im Anschluss an den Film folgt eine Paneldiskussion, an der Miri Frings von der Aidshilfe Paderborn, der Bremer Filmdidaktiker Julian Körner sowie Nils Meyn vom Schwulen Museum in Berlin teilnehmen.

After a festive opening with a champagne reception, this brilliant documentary film takes us on a journey to the 1980s and into the creative minds of the fetish label Palm Drive Video:As filmmakers, as business partners, and as a couple, Mark Hemry and Jack Fritscher explored a joyous immoderation of men who made their fantasy lives all about themselves in video performances. The success of the label could help discover and safely live out a fetish-based sexuality in the midst of the AIDS pandemic. The film will be followed by a panel discussion, featuring Miri Frings from the Aidshilfe Paderborn, film didactician Julian Körner from Bremen, and Nils Meyn from the Gay Museum in Berlin.
