Unser zweiter Fred Halsted-Abend steht nun in den Geschichtsbüchern. In kleiner Runde und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir uns vergangenen Mittwoch im Black Sheep versammelt, um die verspielten und oft grenzüberschreitenden Fantasiewelten von SEXTOOL zu erkunden. Nach unserer Vorfilm-Überraschung und einer kleinen Einführung wurde es ziemlich still. 60 Minuten später gelangten wir in eine tolle Diskussion über die sowohl sexuell als auch politisch immer noch avancierte und affektgeladene Ästhetik des Films.

Außerdem haben wir vor Ort bereits ein paar Informationen zur nächsten Ausgabe des Festivals gestreut, bis zur offiziellen Ankündigung ist es also auch nicht mehr lang. Zuletzt wollen wir uns natürlich auch noch einmal beim AStA Paderborn und beim Black Sheep für die großartige Unterstützung bedanken. Ihr seid super!

Our second Fred Halsted night is now in the books. Last Wednesday we gathered a small group in the Black Sheep to explore the playful and oftentimes boundary-pushing fantasy worlds of SEXTOOL in a cozy atmosphere. After our surprise opening movie and a short introduction it got real quiet. 60 minutes later we found ourselves in a great discussion about the sexually as well as politically advanced and sensually overwhelming aesthetics of the film.

Moreover, we started dropping some information about this year’s edition of the festival, which means that the official announcement won’t be long now. Last but not least, we again want to share our gratitude toward the AStA Paderborn and the Black Sheep. You are super!
