Festivalleitung: Seitdem er im noch korrumpierbaren Alter eine VHS-Kopie von BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR (1972) zugespielt bekam, ist es um ihn geschehen: Alexander arbeitet derzeit zu historischen Formen filmischer Pornografie an der Universität Paderborn. Seit 2021 ist er dort wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Medienwissenschaften, wo er zwischen 2012 und 2020 studierte und u.a. bereits am Lehrstuhl für Filmwissenschaft und als Vorstand der studentischen Kino-Initiative Programmkino Lichtblick e.V. tätig war. Anfang 2022 übernahm er die Festivalleitung von PaderPorn.

Ever since he was given a VHS copy of BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR (1972) at the corruptible age of 15, he’s been all over it: Alexander is currently working on historical forms of cinematic pornography at the University of Paderborn. Since 2021, he has been a research assistant there at the Institute of Media Studies, where he studied himself between 2012 and 2020 and has already worked, among other things, at the Chair of Film Studies and as a board member of the student cinema initiative Programmkino Lichtblick e.V. At the beginning of 2022, he took over as festival director of PaderPorn.
